Conner created a new target operating model for a nascent division of Staples, using RFID tags to manage customer’s stationary cupboards and rooms, automating reorders, invoicing, and payments, and used the same tags to manage logistics, delivery, and recycling

For Siemens, Conner used original CAD data for bespoke power generation plant to create 3D ‘digital twin’ models of customers unique equipment. The models provided exploded views so that customers could select parts that needed to be replaced. This, along with a pricing engine, was incorporated into an e‑commerce system and an ERP system so that customers could order parts for their installed equipment without having to contact Siemens’ engineers.
